REALISING

When we get rid off all mental constructions and shapes, when we realise that we are not the thought nor the mind or the body, true freedom is experienced, there where pain and suffering do not reach us because they do not exist. Whe are empty silence, space which always has been and will be, everlasting counsciousness.

Ego disappears ,so the mind and all its inventions vanish.

Imagine living without fear, imaging simply being without expecting the next moment, without the anxiety that produces having constantly desires... Simply being , gazing at the impermanent performance of this that everybody call life but with detachment and joy of knowing that it is only a dream.

Nobody can touch you... nothing  can threaten you.
